Appointment Exam Fees will be $80.
Appointment Annual Vaccination Exam fees will be $30.
These fees are in addition to the cost of vaccines and all services rendered.
Petland Puppy Exams, Rescues and Breeding Exams will not be eligible for appointments at this time.
There can only be two pets per appointment time.
Appointments for puppy health certificates can not exceed five puppies
and the Puppy Health Certificate Information Form must be filled out prior to the appointment.
